NEVADA Revised Statutes § 108-226 mandates that you
must file a Notice Of Lien with the County Recorders Office in the County
where the project occurred. The Notice of Lien must be filed forty (40) days after
a Notice Of Completion is filed, or ninety (90) days after the completion of providing
labor, rental equipment, or materials. It should also be delivered in
person or by Certified Mail to the Owner of the property along with any
other legal parties related to the improvement of the property (Customer,
Lender, General Contractor).
