Missouri Revised Statutes §429-100 mandates that ten days prior to recording a valid mechanic's lien, all Subcontractors must serve on the Owner a Subcontractors Notice Of Claim, with additional copies mailed by certified mail to to all legal parties on a project (Customer, Owner, General Contractor, Lender). It must be served within the six month time period allowed for recording a Mechanic's Lien Statement.

should be delivered in person or by Certified Mail to the Owner of the
property and the General/Prime Contractor along with any other legal parties
