KANSAS Statutes Annotated § 60-1103b(c) mandate that on new residential improvements, a Notice Of Intent To Perform must be recorded with the Clerk of the District Court in the county where a project you provided construction related equipment, labor, materials or services is located. Copiers should be delivered in person or by Certified Mail to the Owner
of the property along with any other legal parties related to the improvement
of the property (Customer, Lender, General Contractor).

KANSAS Statutes Annotated § 60-1103b(c) mandate that on new residential improvements, a Release Of Notice Of Intent To Perform should be recorded promptly after a satisfactory payment or agreement is received for a previously recorded Notice Of Intent To Perform . It should be recorded with the Clerk Of The District Court in the county where the new residential improvement is located. The recorded Release Of Notice Of Intent To Perform should then be promptly mailed by certified mail or personally delivered to the improved property's Owner, Agent or Trustee along with other legal parties for the project (General/Prime Contractor, Lender/Surety, Customer).
