KANSAS Statutes Annotated § 60-1103b(c) mandate that on new residential improvements, a Notice Of Intent To Perform must be recorded with the Clerk of the District Court in the county where a project you provided construction related equipment, labor, materials or services is located. Copiers should be delivered in person or by Certified Mail to the Owner
of the property along with any other legal parties related to the improvement
of the property (Customer, Lender, General Contractor).
