Al Quintrall received his preparatory education in Southern
California and attended the University of California,
Irvine (B. A. Degree 1968) and California Western University

engineer and a principal shareholder of a leading local
consulting engineering firm. He was also a project manager
for a major national consulting engineering firm. Mr.

of the Texas Bar Association, and the Associated General
Contractors. Mr. Harrison was a past director of the
Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Fort Worth

Douglas Griffith joined KESLER & RUST in 1986. From

Brian Babcock is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City
